Job summary

Rullion seeks a Material Handling Operator/Storesperson for our Lincoln site. You will load/unload vehicles, check deliveries and book them into SAP, then store items in correct locations and pick from high-rise racking.

You will move materials using forklifts, operate overhead cranes, and log stock transactions in SAP. Local travel between sites may be required; a positive, detail‑oriented, self‑motivated mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• FLT certification required.
• Warehouse experience essential.
• WMS experience required.
• Forklift experience required.
• Good computer skills.
• Local to Lincoln site.
• Dri ver's license preferred for inter-site travel.
• Must multitask in a busy team.
• Keen eye for detail and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Off load vehicles and check deliveries.
• Book deliveries into SAP.
• Put items away in correct locations.
• Pick items from high-rise racking and other locations.
• Move materials with forklifts and operate cranes where needed.
• Record stock transactions in SAP and receive deliveries.
• Coordinate with other departments to unblock work.

Rullion are looking to recruit for the following:

• Material Handling Operator/Storesperson
• Location: Lincoln Teal Park/Rushton works - may be either site.
• ASAP Start
• 6 Months rolling contract.
• Inside IR35
• Rates : £15.87 PAYE/ Umbrella £21.45
• Overtime rates: Overtime added at 1.25 % weekly overtime,1.5 % rate for weekend work
• Day shift - 7.30am-4pm (flexi)- 5 days per week Monday To Friday
• Medical required.

Job Description

Currently our client has four stores at Main works and the successful candidate will receive training to be able to Off load vehicles ,check deliveries ,book deliveries into SAP ,put items away in correct locations and pick items from High rise racking and other locations. These may include but not inclusive to :

• Material movements using forklifts
• Usage of overhead cranes
• Stock transactions in SAP
• Picking/kitting of materials
• Goods receipting of materials
• Receiving deliveries
• Booking /conversing with other departments in aiding any work day blockers

Requirements

• Ideally be able to drive - as may need to go between sites.
• The successful candidate would be part of a busy team and must be able to multitask.

PPE provided by client . H&S on site and first day induction . Hazards associated with site such as trips slips and falls.
