Job summary

Rullion Managed Services is seeking a Material Handling Operator/Storesperson in Lincoln. The role includes off-loading vehicles, checking deliveries, booking into SAP, storing items correctly, and picking from high-rise racking across multiple internal sites.

Applicants should have FLT certification and warehouse/WMS experience, strong computer skills, and be locally based, with a preference for drivers who can travel between sites. 6-month rolling contract, day shifts, ASAP start.

Qualifications

• FLT Certification required or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience with WMS systems.
• Forklift experience essential.
• Competent computer skills.
• Locally based to Lincoln site.
• Driving between sites preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload vehicles and check deliveries.
• Book deliveries into SAP and place items in correct locations.
• Pick items from high-rise racking and other locations.
• Handle stock movements using forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Record stock transactions and assist other departments to resolve blockers.

Material Handling Operator/Storesperson

Location: Lincoln Teal Park/Rushton works - may be either site.

ASAP Start

6 Months rolling contract.

Inside IR35

Rates : £15.87 PAYE/ Umbrella £21.45

Overtime rates: Overtime added at 1.25 % weekly overtime,1.5 % rate for weekend work

Day shift - 7.30am-4pm (flexi) - 5 days per week Monday To Friday

Medical required.

Job Description

Currently our client has four stores at Main works and the successful candidate will receive training to be able to Off load vehicles ,check deliveries ,book deliveries into SAP ,put items away in correct locations and pick items from High rise racking and other locations. These may include but not inclusive to :

• Material movements using forklifts
• Usage of overhead cranes
• Stock transactions in SAP
• Picking/kitting of materials
• Goods receipting of materials
• Receiving deliveries
• Booking /conversing with other departments in aiding any work day blockers

The successful candidate would be part of a busy team and must be able to multitask.
