Principle Accountabilities:

1. Work as part of a team supporting manufacturing operations, aiming to increase productivity and reduce downtime and waste.
2. Assist with all jobs on the plant floor, assuming an active role in plant and facilities-related work.
3. Follow all safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures.
4. Maintain shop and equipment standards per 5S principles.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or GED.
2. Passion for maintaining a safe work environment.
3. Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug test.
4. Physical ability to sit, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs., including extended sitting and bending.
5. Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and any shift as needed.
6. Authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment.
2. Certified industrial truck operator.
