As our Materials Controller, you will efficiently manage the call-off and delivery of materials in line with the build schedule across multiple sites.

What you will do:

• Monitor build progress with site teams to ensure materials are required on time
• Oversee production programmes related to stock and advise Site Managers of potential shortages
• Ensure timely call-off of materials to meet project schedules
• Liaise with Suppliers to confirm delivery arrangements
• Follow up on outstanding orders
• Coordinate with site teams regarding delivery discrepancies or damages
• Conduct regular checks for excess stock with site teams

What you will have:

• Building knowledge through site production experience and materials control
• Strong understanding of building materials
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Computer literacy
• Full clean Driving Licence
• Ability to travel to various Taylor Wimpey sites, including remote locations not well served by public transport
