Are you a logistics pro with a passion for aviation and a talent for keeping operations running smoothly? We’re on the lookout for a sharp, detail-driven Material Controller to join our client’s Technical team and help fuel the future of their expanding fleet.
Based at their Hampton Wick Head Office, you’ll be at the heart of the action—managing procurement, responding to AOG events, and keeping maintenance teams armed with everything they need to keep aircraft in the sky. If you thrive under pressure and love solving complex supply chain puzzles, this is your runway.
Procure aircraft and non-aircraft materials in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Jump into AOG situations and deliver solutions fast to keep downtime to a minimum.
Negotiate with vendors, track Purchase Orders, and ensure optimal value on every deal.
Help shape service contracts and refine demand forecasts to improve availability and efficiency.
Manage logistics from end to end—inventory control, customs, shipping, and freight forwarding for global operations.
Be a communication hub between teams, vendors, and the Maintenance Control Centre, ensuring seamless delivery and support 24/7.
Build strong supplier relationships and contribute to continuous improvement across the supply chain.
3+ years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain—aviation sector preferred.
Familiarity with aviation parts, maintenance logistics, and industry terminology.
Experience with AMOS or similar Maintenance Management Systems is a big plus.
Top-notch negotiation skills, laser focus on detail, and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
Proven success managing inventory and ensuring the timely delivery of critical materials.
