Job summary

Staffline is recruiting a Material Control Supervisor for a chilled‑meal production site in Wrexham. You will supervise night‑shift staff, manage yield products to lines, and support plan attainment while upholding GMP, Health & Safety.

The role offers a night shift, temp‑to‑perm opportunity, on‑site canteen and free parking. Full training provided, with overtime opportunities and on‑site support from Staffline.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise night-shift staff to deliver and control all yield products to lines for plan attainment support.
• Submit shift reports (teams) daily.
• Ensure daily cycle count by stock room is completed.
• Investigate material variance.
• Action concessions and waste on System 21.
• Allocate holidays.
• Spot-check area GMP/CCP using daily sheets.
• Report health & safety hazards / near misses.
• Perform shift handover.
• Update SIC every 2 hours.
• Prepare daily start-up sheets.
• Liaise with LRK Supervisor & HCA supervisor on material issues.
• Ensure accurate information for reference stock receipts, holding and movements to accounts and HRA department.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise night‑shift staff to deliver and control all yield products to lines for plan attainment support.
• Submit shift reports (teams) daily.
• Ensure daily cycle count by stock room is completed.
