Role purpose

As a Match Day Room Supervisor, you will work alongside the Room Manager to ensure the smooth operation of a hospitality suite on matchdays, overseeing setup, service, and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate service flow during matches, ensuring timely food and beverage delivery and cleanliness.
  • Oversee post-match cleanup and equipment storage.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
  • Support and guide hospitality staff, ensuring adherence to standards.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies.
  • Work closely with kitchen, bar, and hospitality teams for smooth service.
Skills and Experience
  • Experience in hospitality supervision, preferably in high-end or event environments.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced matchday operations.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
