About The Role

Green Matchday shifts are usually six hours, starting three hours before kick-off (noon on Saturday and 16:45 on a Midweek), finishing about one hour after full time (18:00 Saturday, 22:45 Midweek).

Join the Green Team as a Bar, Catering, or Hospitality Assistant!

We're looking for staff to cover our home fixtures throughout the season at Forest Green Rovers.

Salary Details:

Under 18's - £9/hr, Over 18's - £13.75/hr

Bar Assistant Duties include:

• Serve drinks and food with high customer service standards.
• Record sales transactions accurately on the EPOS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area.
• Keep the bar stocked at all times.

Hospitality Duties include:

• Serve VIP guests at tables.
• Take orders and serve food and drinks.
• Handle billing and card payments.
• Clear and tidy hospitality areas.

Catering Duties include:

• Prepare, cook, and serve food.
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and serving areas.
• Stock fridges and kiosks.
• Record sales transactions on the EPOS system.

Food hygiene certification is required.

About You

We seek committed individuals who excel in customer service, are polite, proactive, and team-oriented. You will represent Forest Green Rovers Football Club positively.

Passion for sustainability and sport is essential. Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.

Due to licensing laws, applicants must be 18 or over for the Bar Assistant role.
