KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Monitoring access points and patrolling the site perimeter.
• Controlling ingress and egress.
• Crowd management – directing foot traffic, maintaining order, and ensuring adherence to crowd safety plans.
• Managing conflicts effectively.
• Providing approachable customer service and support to guests.
• Reporting anti-social and suspicious behaviour.
• Directing customers around the site.

Skills/Experience :

• SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
• ACT - Awareness & Security.
• Experience working at a football ground.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Smart appearance.
• Ability to de-escalate and resolve conflicts confidently.
• Keen eye for detail and vigilance to security risks.
