Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Master Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic based in Leeds. Our client seeks a motivated technician capable of working independently, fully qualified and experienced in the role.

Responsibilities

1. Carrying out servicing and repairs on various vehicles, including internal combustion engines, hybrids, and electric vehicles.
2. Performing MOT testing.
3. Conducting diagnostic testing to identify vehicle faults.
4. Completing paperwork to high standards.
5. Leading technical and diagnostic efforts to ensure excellence across the vehicle range.
6. Supervising the workshop in the absence of the Workshop Controller and mentoring other technicians, especially apprentices.

Requirements

• Fully qualified Master Vehicle Technician to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, with additional manufacturer training at a senior/diagnostic or master level.
• Valid UK driving license.
• Dedicated and committed approach.

Compensation

The salary for this role is up to £45,000 plus bonus.
