Qualifications

• Previous Master Technician experience or equivalent senior-level role.
• Experience in delivering right-first-time repairs.
• Ability to provide technical expertise and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex faults to manufacturer standards.
• Mentor colleagues within the workshop.
• Quality-check new and used performance vehicles.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
