Qualifications

• Qualified Technicians with L3 IMI Master technician qualification or equivalent.
• Demonstrated master technician accreditation or manufacturer equivalent.
• Extensive diagnostic and fault-finding experience across vehicle systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic vehicle systems.
• Commitment to continuous development in automotive technology.
• Ability to coach and develop fellow technicians.
• High attention to detail and quality in repairs.
• Valid UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical and vehicle system faults.
• Use advanced manufacturer diagnostic tools and technology.
• Support and mentor technicians across the workshop.
• Provide technical guidance on difficult repairs and fault-finding cases.
• Complete repairs to manufacturer standards and quality requirements.
• Assist with technical training and development within the team.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer processes and procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through accurate and efficient repairs.
