Job summary

Vertu Motors plc has a Master Technician vacancy at Vertu KIA Nottingham. You will diagnose, service and repair customer vehicles, ensuring quality workmanship and first-time fixes.

You will liaise with service advisors, customers and management to maintain a professional approach. A City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 automotive qualification, current technician status, own tools and a full UK driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified automotive technician with a City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Current experience as a Vehicle Technician is essential.
• MOT licence is preferred but not essential.
• Must supply own set of tools and have a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service and repair customer vehicles to high standards.
• Liaise with service advisors, customers and senior management to ensure excellent customer service.
• Mentor and develop apprentice technicians where required.
• Strive for first-time fixes and quality workmanship.
