Key RoleResponsibilities

As aMaster Technician, you will be an integral member of the Aftersales Team. Yourkey responsibilities will include:

  • Assuming a leading position within the Workshop Team; advising on workpriorities, acting as a mentor and guide to other Technicians providingtechnical advice on work where required, and being proactive in suggestingbetter ways of working.
  • Effectively utilising the tools and resources available to you to becomea specialist in your area.
  • Being integral in contributing to the delivery of a quality culture thatis focused upon first time fixes.
  • Contributing to the success of the Workshop Team by maintaining thehighest standards of work and communicating effectively with other areas of thebusiness.
  • Maintaining all records and documentation in a complete and accuratemanner ensuring that they are aligned with any governing quality standards.
  • Birthday leave.

Prerequisites

  • Level 3 Qualified, VAG Diagnostic and Master Technician qualifications preferable (however other brands considered).
  • Previousrelevant experience required
  • Good attentionto detail
  • Full UKdriving licence required
