Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Luton is seeking an Automotive Master Vehicle Technician/Vehicle Mechanic at a busy main dealer. You will diagnose and repair faults to manufacturer standards and provide mentoring to junior technicians.

The position offers up to £45,000 basic with an OTE of £50,000. Hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm with 1-in-3 Saturdays. Benefits include pension, life insurance, breakdown cover and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification (or equivalent).
• Franchise Diagnostic or Master Technician accreditation.
• Strong technical and diagnostic skills across a range of vehicle systems.
• A full UK driving licence.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle faults accurately and efficiently.
• Complete all work in line with manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Support colleagues with technical advice and mentoring when required.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with new technology and repair methods.
