Qualifications

• Relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3.
• Current experience as a Vehicle Technician.
• Full UK driving licence.

Vertu Honda Exeter

Join our team at Vertu Honda Exeter and become a valued Master Technician.

We are offering a basic salary between £36,800 - £46,790 depending on skills and experience. This is based on a 41-hour working week with an additional over-performance bonus opportunity.

This role has no weekend working and includes free on-site parking.

Your role as a Master Technician is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience built on trust and honesty. We are expanding our team and seeking skilled individuals who take pride in their work. As a Master Technician, you will carry out diagnosis, servicing, and repair work on customer vehicles, using your technical knowledge to ensure efficiency and quality. You will liaise with service advisors, customers, and senior management, ensuring excellent customer service and a professional approach. You will also mentor and develop apprentice technicians. Our core values include quality workmanship and achieving first-time fixes.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

1. A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
2. Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
3. MOT license (preferred but not essential)
4. Your own set of tools
5. A full UK driving licence
