Master Technician
Brentwood Essex
£47,500 basic with £50-57k OTE
Monday Friday

Our franchised main dealer client in Brentwood is looking for an experienced Master Technician to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality technical and diagnostic services to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and productivity targets.
  2. Maintain and enhance technical expertise, ensuring compliance with manufacturer training requirements.
  3. Speak with customers and provide your technical opinion.
  4. Support and tutor the team, mentoring the apprentices on site.
  5. Maintain thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
  6. Maintain good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of all your work.
  7. Communicate with both the Service Reception team and Workshop Control team.
  8. Maintain exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.

Required Experience & Skills:

  1. Full UK driving license.
  2. Experience in inspecting, repairing, and servicing motor vehicles.
  3. Previous experience or qualifications as a senior technician or master technician.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Prior experience in a franchised dealership environment.
