Job Title: Master Fitter - Perfect for Golf Enthusiasts

Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Sales
- Act as a brand ambassador, greeting clients and providing expert guidance on PXG products, pricing, technology, and styling.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships to foster customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Use consultative selling techniques to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Proactively follow up on orders, client satisfaction, and interest in upcoming promotions or events.
- Deliver exceptional service in-store and at off-site events.
Custom Club Fitting
- Provide personalized, data-driven fittings to ensure clients are matched with the optimal equipment for their game.
- Maintain a strong understanding of PXG technology, fitting methodology, and product specifications.
- Accurately gather fitting data and provide follow-up materials, including spec sheets and Trackman reports.
- Schedule and manage fitting appointments, supporting the fitting team through effective communication.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
- Proactively fill fitting bays using multiple lead-generation channels.
- Promote the Introducer Program and maintain regular communication with accounts.
- Generate event-based leads via demo days, activations, and golf events.
- Re-engage past customers for spec checks, promotions, and new product releases.
- Track and monitor lead conversion to ensure all opportunities are followed up.
Sales Administration & Outreach
- Execute the full sales administration process with accuracy and professionalism.
- Conduct pre-appointment calls, send post-fitting reports, and follow up with unconverted leads.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records for future engagement and marketing initiatives.
Operational & Retail Support
- Process transactions, including payments, refunds, and special orders.
- Keep fitting and retail areas organized and visually appealing; manage inventory and stock replenishment.
- Handle shipping, receiving, tagging, and inventory transfers accurately.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate documentation.
- Manage front desk responsibilities and inbound customer calls as required.
Team Collaboration & Performance
- Work closely with the retail and fitting team to manage schedules and maximize revenue.
- Share fitting insights, customer feedback, and event outcomes to support a high-performing, collaborative team.
- Uphold a positive, can-do attitude and support personal and team development.
Experience & Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales (car sales, retail, or customer service) is highly desirable.
- A strong track record of generating leads, closing sales, and managing client relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or fitting software is advantageous but not essential.
- Genuine passion for golf and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
