Are you an experienced PSV (Public Service Vehicle) Technician looking to take your career to the next level? Our national bus company is seeking a skilledMaster PSV Technicianto join our dedicated team in Perth. With a competitive salary ranging from £53,000 to £58,000, this is a fantastic opportunity for an expert in the field to contribute to the success of a leading transport provider.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of public service vehicles (PSVs).
  • Ensure all vehicles meet safety and quality standards, complying with regulations and company policies.
  • Lead and mentor junior technicians, providing training and guidance as required.
  • Manage the efficient completion of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks.
  • Identify and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues in buses.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used, ensuring a high level of documentation and reporting.
  • Work closely with management to improve operational processes and vehicle uptime.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as a PSV Technician with a strong understanding of bus maintenance.
  • Master Technician qualifications or equivalent certification in PSV maintenance.
  • Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently.
  • Valid driving license (preferably Class 2 or above).
