Morrisons Market Street Fishmongers department is seeking an experienced fishmonger who can prepare and display fresh fish to high standards and provide friendly service to customers in-store and online.

You will scale, fillet, skin, pin bone, weigh and price products, while keeping the counter clean, fresh and compliant with safety and allergen procedures. A strong team player with passion for quality seafood is ideal.

Competenze

• Competent in cleaning, preparing, filleting, pin boning, scaling, skinning, and gutting products to customer satisfaction.
• Friendly, approachable, and energised by customer interaction.
• Able to work as part of a team across Market Street.
• Able to follow safety guidelines and maintain hygiene standards.

Mansioni

• Put customers first by delivering friendly, helpful service and share preparation tips.
• Prepare fish to company and customer specs (filleting, scaling, pin boning, weighing, pricing).
• Maintain vibrant displays, keep counters well-stocked and appealing throughout the day.
• Follow safe and legal guidelines, manage temperature controls, COSHH chemicals, PPE and allergens.
