Qualifications

• Proven experience as a driver trainer/instructor.
• Understand driver qualification processes and safety plans.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs and validate trainer resources.
• Support driver interview process and onboarding.
• Schedule and perform on-the-job observations and assessments.
• Develop and control driver safety plans aligned to objectives.
• Lead investigations and implement corrective actions.
