Job DescriptionWe are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Planning team as a Demand Planner!
The Planning team sits within the Service Department of Worcester Bosch.
The Planning team are responsible for the co-inordination of the daily tasks of the national field engineers.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Maintaining and reviewing the settings in the scheduling system to maximise engineer productivity whilst ensuring we meet customer service targets
• Using a variety of data inputs to create and maintain short and long term demand forecasts
• Monitor customer trends and research multiple demand drivers
• Simulate and present a variety of customer fulfillment scenarios based on available field capacities
• Prepare and present weekly reports (dashboards, heat maps, charts)
• To implement efficiency improvements through automation across Planning and other areas of Service

QualificationsOur ideal candidate must have:
Educated to a higher level (preferably in Maths)
Our ideal candidate should have:
• Experience of working with or managing demand
• Experienced with automation and data manipulation software (e.g Alteryx , Knime)
• Highly analytical with acute attention to detail
• Creative and inquisitive
• Ability to take complex data sets and turn into meaningful operational actions
• Good communicator who can lead meetings and justify decisions with data
