Zusammenfassung

PROPER SNACKS is seeking a Master Data Administrator to join the Nuneaton-based Data Team on a fixed-term contract, with a hybrid pattern (3 days on-site). You will manage master data across ERP and reporting systems, supporting product launches and changes to ensure accurate data for day-to-day operations.

The role requires strong attention to detail, experience with BOMs and item master, and proficiency in Excel, ERP, and Power BI, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Master Data (BOMs and Item Master).
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint/Office skills.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Efficient prioritisation and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• ERP experience; Access is a plus.
• Experience with Power BI reporting.
• Organised and able to meet deadlines.
• SQL experience.
• At least 2 years in FMCG/manufacturing-related roles.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and distribute weekly Master Data reports and data extracts.
• Maintain item master data and BOM updates in the ERP.
• Govern data requirements for NPD & EPD processes.
• Manage data across ERP and Power BI reports for accuracy.
• Cleansing activities to maintain data integrity across systems.
• Monitor shared inbox and ticketing system; respond within SLAs.
