Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a Master Data Administrator in Marlow, UK, on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on coordinating data for materials, customers, pricing and promotions, supporting the Master Data Manager and coordinating on strategic projects.

A work-from-home option is available after training, with office-based responsibilities in Marlow. The successful candidate will have SAP experience, strong Excel skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders

Qualifications

Experience processing in SAP and working across multiple systems.
Minimum of 1 year experience in Master Data.
Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables & Lookups.
Ability to work off own initiative and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain Master Data records within SAP across materials, customers, pricing and promotions.
Validate all requests, identifying issues before creation/changes are made in the system.
Maintain data integrity by performing data cleansing activities.
Assist with routine and ad-hoc reports on returns, pricing & promotions, sales order processing.
Support the Master Data Manager on ad hoc tasks and testing for S/4 Hana integration.
