Xpertise Recruitment is seeking a hands‑on Platform Owner in the UK to lead the future of a modern Master Data Management platform. You will shape the roadmap, drive adoption, and ensure trusted, connected data powers better decisions across the business.

You will work with data, technology, and business teams to improve governance, integration, and usage across customer, product, vendor, sales and employee domains, delivering high‑value data solutions and governance excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise MDM platforms and modern data integration tools.
• Strong knowledge of data matching, merging, survivorship, hierarchy management and golden records.
• Collaborative approach to technical leadership and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the MDM platform strategy, roadmap, and delivery priorities.
• Lead platform improvements, integrations, upgrades, and operational excellence.
• Partner with stakeholders to turn data needs into practical, high‑value solutions.
• Champion trusted master data, strong governance, and confident user adoption.
