About the role:

The Master Data Executive is responsible for the accurate creation and management of material master data in support of our New Product Development (NPD) strategy. Reporting to the Master Data Team Leader, you will ensure all SLA’s and customer requirements are met.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full material product lifecycle, including creation, trading, and delisting of SKUs, covering finished goods, packaging, raw materials, and traded goods.
  • Coordinate cross-functional data activities across production and planning to facilitate smooth movement of goods.
  • Input and review SAP data required for COGS calculations, coordinating approvals and handovers to the commercial team.
  • Ensure timely creation of commercial data, including customer listings and sales pricing.
  • Align with logistics partners for the setup of finished and traded goods.
  • Document and store master data processes effectively.
  • Coordinate the creation of finished goods in sales systems.
  • Manage setup and maintenance of vendor and customer data, including Product Profiles, Waste Packaging, and Allergy information.
  • Maintain high data quality and resolve master data issues promptly.
Experience and Key Attributes:
  • Experience in a similar role with a focus on data quality.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
  • Previous SAP experience preferred.
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills.
  • Proactive and customer-focused approach.
  • Self-motivated learner capable of managing personal development.
