Job summary

Accord Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented Master Data professional to support SAP-based BOM creation, item setup, and packaging requirements for the Fawdon site. You will ensure accurate data, coordinate regulatory artwork, and raise Change Control documentation as part of a collaborative team.

The role emphasizes meticulous record management, scheduling, and adherence to GMP-like processes within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with MS Office and record management is essential.
• Must be detail oriented, methodical and organized.
• Experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain new component items and Bills of Material.
• Coordinate creation/transfer of material codes on SAP.
• Check BOMs for validity and updates.
• Create site-specific packaging requirements for Fawdon site SKUs.
• Coordinate regulatory artwork updates for Fawdon SKUs.
• Raise Change Control documentation as appropriate.
• Maintain and update SOPs.
• Support other reasonable tasks as needed.
