Job summary

Accord Healthcare Europe is seeking a detail‑driven Master Data Coordinator to maintain accurate master data and Bills of Material, ensuring alignment with planning and production requirements.

You will coordinate SAP material code transfers, validate BOMs, and develop site‑specific packaging needs while supporting regulatory artwork updates and change controls. Strong MS Office, communication, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining master data and BOMs.
• Familiar with SAP and material code management.
• Packaging and regulatory artwork coordination experience.
• Strong record-keeping and SOP maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain new component items and Bills of Material.
• Coordinate creation/ transfer of material codes on SAP.
• Check BOMs for validity and update accordingly.
• Create site specific packaging requirements for Fawdon site SKU’s.
• Coordinate regulatory artwork updates for the Fawdon site SKU’s.
• Raise Change Control documentation, as appropriate.
• Maintain and update SOPs.
• Support any other reasonable tasks deemed appropriate.
