Job Title: Master Data Analyst
Reporting to the Master Data Manager, you will play a pivotal role in executing Master Data Initiatives. Your responsibilities include working closely with the business to implement data governance policies and procedures, ensuring a single source of truth (golden record) using the Profisee MDM tool. You will promote the SSOT principle, emphasizing the importance of having one trusted data source for decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a golden master record for all data assets.
- Develop and sustain a comprehensive data model aligned with business processes.
- Set up procedures for data matching and survivorship to ensure data accuracy.
- Define data relationships, workflows, and event processing.
- Implement business rules, manage data governance activities, and oversee MDM data mapping and ingestion.
- Conduct data quality surveys, design data quality rules, and maintain high-quality master data standards.
- Create and support exception reports and KPIs, collaborating with the business to resolve data issues and uphold data integrity.
Location and Working Pattern
Base Location: Reading - Hybrid
Working Pattern: 36 Hours/week

- Competitive salary between £45,000 and £55,000 per annum.
