The Opportunity

This role supports the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP across our manufacturing sites, focusing on supporting the ETL process within the system. It is crucial for our digital transformation, aiming to harmonize processes globally with increased efficiency, compliance, and productivity. The role offers flexibility with hybrid working in the UK, requiring attendance at our Northwich office as needed.

Role Responsibilities

• Handle and validate large volumes of information to ensure accuracy.
• Support data conversion, cleansing, and uploading activities.
• Assist in extracting, transforming, cleansing, and loading master data into the new ERP system from multiple sources.
• Apply data principles and recognize the value of master data.
• Support users in preparing accurate data for different modules.
• Harmonize and submit raw data for uploading activities.
• Investigate and escalate master data issues to support ERP implementation.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and performance.
• Implement initiatives for data quality, consistency, and governance.
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to improve data tools and reports.
• Support ERP software tools development and change initiatives.
• Work with GPOs and site stakeholders to maintain data integrity.
