Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Massage and Facial Therapist to join our team at JF Luxury Spa. As a therapist, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional massage and facial services while providing unparalleled customer care. Our commission-based payment structure, combined with the high volume of clients, means that your earning potential is significant. You will also benefit from a supportive team dedicated to assisting with client bookings and promoting spa services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients' needs and preferences before treatments, ensuring a personalized experience.
2. Deliver Treatments: Provide a variety of massage modalities (e.g., Swedish, hot stone, and aromatherapy) and facial treatments tailored to different skin types and conditions.
3. Client Education: Educate clients about the benefits of treatments, proper skincare routines, and suitable products for at-home care.
4. Atmosphere Creation: Ensure the treatment environment is clean, organized, and calming, utilizing appropriate music and aromatherapy to enhance the experience.
5. Maintain Professional Standards: Follow best practices for hygiene and safety, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
6. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, encouraging repeat visits and establishing trust.
7. Sales and Promotions: Actively participate in promoting spa packages, special offers, and retail products to maximize sales.
8. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the rest of the spa and salon team to foster a cohesive working environment and enhance the client experience.

Qualifications:

1. Valid massage therapy license and/or certification in facial treatments.
2. Proven experience in massage and facial therapy (spa or salon experience preferred).
3. Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and skincare treatments.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Customer-oriented with a passion for wellness and aesthetics.
6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on client demand.
7. Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
