About the Role
  • Lead and manage a Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) team ensuring timely, consistent, and effective decision-making.
  • Oversee the screening and triage of safeguarding referrals, ensuring clear thresholds and appropriate next steps.
  • Work closely with partner agencies including health, police, and education to deliver a joined-up approach to safeguarding.
  • Provide supervision, guidance, and leadership to social workers and support staff within the MASH team.
  • Contribute to service development and improvement, embedding reflective practice and promoting a culture of professional curiosity.
