About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Qualified Social Worker with experience in MASH to join the Adults Social Care team at the Wolverhampton. This role requires a dedicated professional with strong safeguarding knowledge and multi-agency working experience, ready to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake risk assessments and information gathering as part of the MASH triage process.
• Make timely and proportionate decisions on safeguarding referrals.
• Collaborate with police, health, and other statutory/non-statutory agencies.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in line with legislative and policy requirements.
• Apply knowledge of the Care Act 2014 and other relevant legislation in safeguarding adults.
