About the Role

The Marvel Stadium Digital & Social Lead is responsible for developing and executing the digital and social media strategy across all Marvel Stadium channels to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and attendance. This includes managing content across social media, website, mobile app, EDM, and paid media.

This is a max-term position until early June 2026.

A Day in the Life

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Develop and implement plans for digital and social channels, including content for website, app, EDMs, and social media.
  2. Collaborate with marketing teams to create digital communication strategies for events and products.
  3. Manage and execute social media strategies, including content creation and community engagement.
  4. Oversee digital marketing campaigns across CRM, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and other channels.
  5. Plan and execute EDM campaigns using Mailchimp and Salesforce.
  6. Update Stadium App content, manage promotions, and monitor performance.
  7. Coordinate with partners to promote events and offers on digital channels.
  8. Work with external agencies and content creators for digital content development.
  9. Report on digital and social media performance and engagement metrics.
  10. Manage relationships with tenant clubs and AFL teams for marketing and fan engagement.
Our Ideal Team Member

Core Competencies:

  1. 6+ years in digital and social media management, agency experience preferred.
  2. Proven ability to build brands and achieve KPIs through digital content.
  3. Experience managing social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok.
  4. Knowledge of social media trends, analytics tools, and CRMs like Mailchimp and Salesforce.
  5. Experience with mobile app management and website analytics tools.
  6. Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Interest in sports, music, or live events is a plus.
  8. Creative, proactive, and eager to explore new opportunities.
