Job summary

Sky, a leading media and entertainment company, is looking for an Architect to drive solution architecture for a UK&I portfolio, reporting to a Principal Solution Architect. The role supports engineering teams on customer engagement, sales, commerce, CRM, fulfilment, and service initiatives with a capability-led approach.

Hybrid working with 2 office days per week; base options include Livingston, Leeds, or Osterley.

Qualifications

Proven ability to break down initiatives into capability-based changes.
Simplify complex requirements into clear architectural guidance.
Experience with product and engineering teams to align solutions.
Expertise in CDP, analytics, decisioning and personalisation.
Adobe product suite experience is beneficial.
Engage in architecture governance processes and maintain standards.
Ability to influence across architecture, product, engineering and business.
Right to work in the UK and willingness to undergo criminal record check.

Responsibilities

Drive solution architecture for a UK&I portfolio or platform.
Work in Engineering Solutions as part of UK&I CTO on initiatives across multiple domains.
Engage with enterprise and system architecture, product and engineering teams.
Distill complexity into clear architectural guidance.
Challenge requirements and propose simpler approaches with value.
Role-model capability-led architecture and embed its use.
Contribute to the capability model and architecture runway.
Collaborate to ensure technical excellence, strong delivery, and governance.
