A leading UK-based media company is seeking an experienced Product Manager to support its Martech initiatives. This role aims to enhance campaign success and audience engagement, serving as a link between technology and marketing to ensure solutions are effective, compliant, and aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a Martech roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the full product lifecycle—from discovery to continuous improvement.
- Lead integration of marketing tools including CDPs, CRMs, CMS, analytics, and campaign technologies.
- Ensure GDPR compliance, consent management, and security are embedded in solutions.
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, Research, and Marketing teams.
- Facilitate Agile processes like sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver scalable Martech products.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in product management, specifically in Martech products.
- Experience in B2C Media, live streaming, or digital advertising.
- Impactful on Martech product strategy and delivery.
- Experience implementing SaaS applications in enterprise settings.
- Knowledge of GDPR, consent management, and data security.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Proficient in integrating APIs, internal tools, and legacy systems.
- Familiar with architecture tools like Ardoq.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Strategic thinking with data-driven decision skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience developing experiment-led roadmaps and prioritization frameworks.
- Driving improvements in personalization, automation, and attribution.
- Comfort with emerging technologies and digital innovation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
