We seek an experienced individual for the role of Martech Manager UK CMB.

This role supports the UK Marketing function, focusing on strategic and revenue growth for Commercial Banking (CMB). It is part of the Marketing Technology team, responsible for adopting and commercializing Martech platforms, including CRO, customer data platforms, and optimization activities. The team collaborates with the Public Website and Integrated Marketing teams to enhance customer experience and maximize marketing ROI.

This position ensures technology drives measurable business value by leveraging data, automating digital processes, and empowering marketing teams with customer insights.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing website and campaign performance for insights to optimize marketing strategies across customer touchpoints.
  • Commercializing Martech capabilities by translating business needs into proposals and deliverables.
  • Refining audience strategies, sourcing new data, and integrating segments into marketing activities.
  • Enhancing messaging and customer experience through personalization in collaboration with marketing teams.
  • Managing experimentation roadmaps to improve user experience and conversion, from hypothesis to analysis.
  • Owning project roadmaps, delivering activities on time and budget, and handling complex analytical requests.
  • Engaging stakeholders to ensure effective strategy and solution delivery.

Minimum requirements:

  • Broad business experience, preferably in Financial Services.
  • Proven use of marketing technology tools like Tealium CDP, Heap Analytics, Contentsquare, Optimizely, or similar.
  • Project management skills and a passion for testing and innovation.
  • Attention to detail, quality focus, and multi-tasking ability.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and insight generation.
  • Experience collaborating within complex organizations.
  • Innovative thinking, self-starting attitude, and adaptability in a dynamic, regulated environment.

This is a hybrid role based in London or Birmingham.
