Job summary

twentysix is seeking a senior MarTech consultant to guide end‑to‑end CRM/CDP/Marketing Automation implementations. You will lead documentation, planning, and technical requirements, translating business needs into code specifications for internal teams and engineers.

You will act as a subject matter expert in client engagements, presenting deliverables and best practices. The role covers marketing analytics, reporting support, and deep knowledge of omnichannel messaging and data activation.

Qualifications

Has 5+ years of experience in software development.
Has 5+ years of experience integrating 3rd party tools and has been involved in ETL solutions.
Has 2+ years of direct experience working within Segment, mParticle, Tealium, Treasure Data, or a similar CDP tool.
Has 2+ years of experience in client or key stakeholder interaction.
Has previously designed and architected a CDP or Marketing Automation integration and can speak through the entire implementation process.
Experience working with APIs, Mobile SDKs, HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript.
Experience with cloud technology such as AWS (EC2/S3/Lambda/Redshift), GCP Heroku, or iPaaS

Responsibilities

Guide an implementation for CRM, CDP, and/or Marketing Automation from start to finish.
Lead documentation, planning, and requirements for implementation of code.
Provide specifications for internal technical teams and ensure successful outcomes.
Lead implementation projects and communicate progress with clients.
Act as SME in client-facing presentations, sharing deliverables and best practices.
Support marketing analytics and reporting; understand user journeys and data flows.
Understand multi/omnichannel messaging and user journeys.
