Team/Role Overview
With the transition of MAC (Master Agreement Central) ownership to Markets, an opportunity has risen to be part of a global support team within the business. The Markets Senior Business Analyst is a developing professional role, and the successful candidate will work from Belfast as part of a global team managed centrally in EMEA. The successful candidate will work closely with the team manager and be consulted on team strategy and workload management.
The role involves supporting large volumes of daily communications related to MAC data, audits, projects, and other variables. The candidate will be central to meeting project deadlines and will have project ownership and responsibility, demonstrating leadership and the ability to work autonomously with high request volumes.
This role includes extensive involvement with audit requirements related to MAC, including information gathering and analysis preparation for presentation to internal and external audit stakeholders. The candidate should possess high business acumen and commercial awareness, prioritizing tasks to ensure the sustainability of core systems and stakeholder relationships. MAC is a web-based repository containing critical data relied upon by many Citi systems downstream.
The role is vital in maintaining data accuracy and assisting stakeholders with analysis of contractual documentation stored in MAC, especially where issues are identified. The candidate must apply specialized knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing, and evaluating processes and data.
