Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop an understanding of how different areas integrate within the Products sub-function and contribute to the overall Citi business.
  • Evaluate complex issues with potential impact, considering various alternatives and balancing conflicting situations using multiple information sources.
  • Consult with end users to define and align processes with the enterprise Data Governance roadmap and Data Risk and Control framework.
  • Use analytical skills to filter, prioritize, and validate complex and dynamic information from multiple sources.
  • Execute Data Lineage activities, including collecting interface and database details, and maintaining data for reuse and visualization.
  • Provide technical expertise for the design, development, and implementation of complex projects.
  • Review and evaluate the work of others.
  • Monitor and report on governance metrics, including Data Governance adoption and maturity.
  • Ensure process alignment across business units with Enterprise Data Governance policies and standards.
  • Contribute to the development of enterprise-wide policies, standards, and procedures.

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Ideally 5-8 years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, or a related field.
  • Strong project management and business analysis skills.
  • Experience with large-scale Data Lineage programs.
  • Focus on continuous process improvement and efficiency.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholder needs under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
