Qualifications

• Experience within business development, client development, sales enablement, strategic accounts or a related commercial role.
• Track record of supporting growth initiatives within a professional services or complex B2B environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to build credibility with senior professionals.
• Experience coordinating programmes, projects or initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to balance competing priorities.
• Commercial awareness and an interest in driving revenue growth and client development.
• Confidence using insight and performance data to inform actions and decision-making.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong focus on delivery and outcomes.
