  • Deliver combined first-year revenue ambition.
  • Own the reseller P&L and trade budgets.
  • Develop and implement activation plans with resellers.
  • Build and execute the Marketplace strategy.
  • Support the development of the Marketplace pipeline.
  • Define the UK Operating model with regional teams.
  • Create a Test and Learn plan to document findings.

Job Description:

Context and Scope

You will sit in the UK ECommerce team and will need to build strong, strategic & action-oriented relationships with our resellers and wider stakeholders to enable the acceleration of our Marketplace ambition. They will be adept at making the complex simple as we pioneer into new spaces and will be brilliant at communicating at all levels to bring the organization along with them on this journey.

What are we looking for?

  • Marketplace Reseller Expert – ideally FMCG experience
  • Highly numerate and analytical, with strong communication and influencing skills.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Delivery of the combined first-year revenue ambition & set up for Y2+
  • Ownership of the reseller P&L and appropriate trade and marketing budgets for the UK Market
  • Creation & deployment of activation plans alongside the reseller and 1P Amazon
  • Responsible for building and deploying our ‘Amazon & Beyond' Marketplace strategy
  • Supporting the development of the UK Portfolio Pipeline for Marketplace.
  • Define and own the UK Operating model working with the regional teams
  • Supporting the Emerging Channels Lead & Regional Portfolio Teams with the development of the portfolio pipeline for Marketplace selling.
  • Build a Test and Learn plan to execute and document our learnings to “Test, Learn, Pivot”
