Job Description

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a motivated & process-oriented Program Coordinator to support Public Cloud Service Providers’ (CSP) marketplace private offers and facilitate co-sell processes. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, quick learner, and passionate about supporting new business growth.

The CSP Program Coordinator reports to the EMEAL Partner Acceleration Director and collaborates closely with the EMEAL CSP Alliance Manager, as well as global CSP, sales operations, and order management teams.

This role is focused on the EMEA region, requiring attention to detail, multi-tasking abilities, and responsiveness to tight deadlines. It involves interaction with sales, channels, finance, deals desk, and order processing teams regionally and with the global HQ.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Work with sales to create private offers for CSP marketplace customers.
  2. Manage sales processing and coordinate with order support teams for transaction fulfillment.
  3. Act as an escalation point for private offer requests and issues when needed.
  4. Identify root causes of issues and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  5. Provide training and subject matter expertise to internal teams and partners.
  6. Create and manage sales opportunities in CSP partner portals.
  7. Facilitate introductory calls, account mapping, and other sales activities.
  8. Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics to evaluate sales and marketing effectiveness.
  9. Provide insights and reporting to sales and finance teams.
  10. Support projects aligned with company objectives.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  1. Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and self-motivation.
  2. Effective communication skills for technical and business audiences.
  3. Highly organized with strong multi-tasking abilities, especially in ambiguous situations.
  4. Business analysis experience with quantitative and organizational skills preferred.
  5. Ability to handle stressful situations and meet deadlines.
  6. Experience working in virtual, international, and matrix environments.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Salesforce.com is a plus.
