About the role:

We are recruiting for an experienced Marketplace Manager to join THG Nutrition Division. As well as our iconic Myprotein Brand, you will also work with the Myvitamins, Myvegan, and Exante portfolios. Across all our brands, we have ambitious, exciting, and innovative plans to grow further online, and we are looking for a Marketplace Manager to help us achieve these. Reporting into the Head of Marketplaces and working closely with internal teams, you will be tasked with ensuring the company’s profit and volume objectives are met.

Why be a Marketplace Manager?

  • Build strong relationships and interface across multiple functions both internally and externally while supporting the commercial team
  • Create and run internal and external reports using various systems, analysing external data and insights databases
  • Oversee overall Amazon output - commercial and operational aspects
  • Coordinate between departments involved in the account
  • Chair meetings and ensure follow-ups
  • Support senior management in driving growth and strategy development
  • Generate KPIs and analyse output and data
  • Manage the online ordering site
  • Ensure catalogue is up-to-date and accurate
  • Develop upsell options and refresh marketing and creative content

What skills and experience are needed?

  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, Outlook) with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to challenge and provide new perspectives
  • Minimum 2 years experience on Amazon platform
  • Experience with other digital platforms is preferable
  • Experience communicating and coordinating across departments
  • Understanding of both commercial and operational functions
