About the role:

We are recruiting for an experienced Marketplace Manager to join THG Nutrition Division. You will work with the Myprotein Brand as well as Myvitamins, Myvegan, and Exante portfolios. Across all brands, we have ambitious, exciting, and innovative plans to grow further online. You will help us achieve these goals by ensuring the company’s profit and volume objectives are met.

Why be a Marketplace Manager?

  • Build strong relationships and interface across multiple functions internally and externally, supporting the commercial team
  • Create and run reports using various systems, analyze external data and insights databases
  • Oversee overall Amazon output - commercial and operational aspects
  • Coordinate between departments involved in accounts
  • Chair meetings and ensure follow-ups
  • Support senior management in driving growth and strategy development
  • Generate KPIs and analyze output and data
  • Manage the online ordering site
  • Ensure catalog is up-to-date and accurate
  • Develop upsell options and refresh marketing and creative content

What skills and experience do I need for this role?

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to challenge and provide new ideas
  • Minimum 2 years experience on Amazon platform
  • Experience with other digital platforms is a plus
  • Experience in coordinating across multiple departments and understanding both commercial and operational functions
  • Participation in bespoke development programs and upskilling initiatives
