Day to Day

• Provide strategic support to the marketing team, setting up and monitoring Marketo campaigns and automations.
• Build, manage, and optimize nurture journeys for key prospects and customers, ensuring seamless and effective touchpoints.
• Monitor the overall performance and health of our Marketo system.
• Leverage automation and AI to enhance lead management processes.
• Develop and refine our marketing technology stack, aiming for industry-leading standards.
• Deliver weekly and monthly reports on email journeys, measuring performance against targets.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the sales team, to understand the funnel and optimize nurture programs.

YOU?

• Advanced expertise in Marketo, Adobe, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• In-depth experience with Adbridge or similar tools to support multi-channel campaigns.
• Proficiency in lead scoring and attribution models (last touch and multi-touch) to boost lead pipeline and engagement.
• Experience integrating CRM systems with other platforms and automating workflows.
• Strong understanding of lead generation metrics and experience in data-driven reporting.
• Engagement with the latest trends in marketing technology and a commitment to staying ahead of the curve.
