Ryder Reid is recruiting a Marketing Technology Specialist to join a leading international law firm in London. The role sits at the intersection of digital marketing, CRM, data analytics and marketing technology, supporting business development across a global organisation.

Working with Business Development, Marketing and IT, you'll drive digital marketing campaigns, manage CRM processes, support virtual events and webinars, and deliver reporting that informs strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in marketing technology, CRM, digital marketing or a related field.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms and reporting tools.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
• Experience within a law firm or professional services environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise email marketing campaigns, publications, webinars and other digital content.
• Support the firm's CRM platform, including user training, reporting, data management and process improvements.
• Develop dashboards, reports and analytics to provide actionable business insights.
• Support website and digital platform management, including SEO and content updates.
• Oversee event technology processes, including registrations, invitations and reporting.
• Work with internal teams and external vendors to enhance marketing technology systems and user experience.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best-practice data management standards.
