Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, marketing support, administration or a similar enquiry-based role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professional clarity.
• Well organised, capable of managing a shared mailbox and prioritising actions.
• Attention to detail and judgement to escalate where needed.
• Collaborative approach across teams to gather information and coordinate responses.
• Interest in marketing or financial services and willingness to learn tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Adviser marketing support and manage the team’s marketing mailbox.
• Help advisers with queries about marketing materials, tools, campaigns, digital channels and promotions.
• Deliver a best in class adviser experience and respond within service levels.
• Understand guidance and escalate when needed to specialists.
• Own each query from start to finish and follow up actions to closure.
• Contribute to wider marketing activities and content updates when required.
