HSS Training is looking for a new Marketing Support Administrator to join our team, reporting directly to the Marketing & Communications Manager. As the Training Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and professional delivery of administrative processes to support the day-to-day running of a busy commercial office and the commercial team.

A typical day:

  • Responsible for supporting internal users with exposure to a wide variety of technologies both cloud-based and internally hosted.
  • Assist in the creation and publication of content.
  • Collaborate with and co-ordinate diverse teams [IT, marketing, sales, customer service].
  • Provide information and reports to field sales, supporting pipeline and customer development.
  • Provision and continual development of a training management system, allowing the business to function and service its customer base.
  • Provision and continual development of a real-time website.
  • Publish up-to-date and relevant online material for HSS Training and its alliance partners.

What you'll bring:

  • Strong communication, sales, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise projects.
  • High level of competency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Adept with internet browsing technologies and systems.
  • Extremely organised and hands-on individual, able to work well under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and able to communicate at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop (desired but not essential).
  • Digital marketing experience (desired but not essential).
