Marketing Engagement Specialist

VANRATH are proud to be partnering with a leading private sector organisation to appoint a Marketing Engagement Specialist on an interim basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering impactful campaigns and strengthening client relationships through strategic content and targeted communications.
This role will suit a marketing professional with experience in stakeholder engagement, customer content, or brand advocacy - someone who can translate service quality into compelling stories that support business development and retention efforts.

The Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in collecting, curating, and promoting customer success stories and insights. You'll be responsible for maintaining a structured database of reference material, supporting campaign delivery, and working across departments to ensure messaging aligns with brand standards and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a central library of client case studies, success stories, and feedback content.
  • Work with account managers and service teams to identify customers willing to share positive experiences.
  • Draft short-form content such as quotes, testimonials, and mini case studies for use across marketing and sales channels.
  • Support bid and sales teams by providing relevant reference material aligned to prospect needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify new opportunities for advocacy and client storytelling.
  • Provide regular reporting on engagement success and material usage.
What you'll bring:
  • 2-3 years' experience in a marketing, communications, or engagement-focused role.
  • Proven ability to manage content pipelines or reference libraries.
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal - with a flair for storytelling.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to support brand reputation through authentic content.
  • Experience in a B2B setting is preferred, particularly within professional services, tech, or consultancy.
